About Us
When you ask people about which places to visit when traveling to Egypt, they'll instantly tell you the pyramids and the sphinx.
Some of the more knowledgeable folks will tell you Khan El-Khalil or Mo'az Street. However, Cairo has so much more to offer, since it has always been the cultural hub of the Middle East.

Alas, its many hidden treasures are neglected and are on the verge of turning into ruins. One of these locations is Souq El-Selah in Darb El-Ahmar neighborhood in Islamic Cairo.

We, six Al-Alsun department students, Faculty of Al-Alsun and Mass-Communication, Misr International University, created this website as a part of our graduation project. This website offers information about the history of some of the monuments found on this street.
